Vic is the heart and soul of “da Vic – Ristorante Guerrini”.

His art in the kitchen doesn’t come from the books, but it is "cooking by instinct”; it originates from his ability to savor in his mind original combinations among the flavors, perfumes and products typical of Mediterranean tradition, to then recreate them in every one of his dishes.

His recipes are based on his own taste and experience, not only in the kitchen, but also at the table. That’s why they have that “homey” feeling making them new and familiar at the same time.
